The site and the phone cases just didn’t do it for me. The colors look dull, the product photos are kind of a sloppy mess, and the designs feel bulky and awkward. For the price, I was expecting something way cleaner and more modern, not this cheap-looking nonsense.

The case looked decent enough when I first put it on, but the thing I remember most is how bad the buttons felt. The power button barely had any click to it, and the volume buttons were somehow mushy and stiff at the same time. Maybe there were some good things about it, but they didn’t stick with me. For the price, I expected a lot better, and I stopped using it quickly

I ordered a case expecting it to show up within a few days, but it just sat there with no real updates for what felt like forever. By the time it finally arrived, it was way later than I expected. I also reached out to support and the reply wasn’t exactly quick either. The case itself is fine, so no complaints there, but the whole shipping experience really made me lose trust in ordering from them again.

The install was alright overall, but it was a bit fiddly at first, if that makes sense. Once I figured out what I was doing, it wasn’t too bad.

well... the exchange process ended up taking longer than I expected, which was frustrating. It got handled eventually, but I wish it had been a lot quicker and easier...

Ive messaged them twice now and still havent gotten any kind of reply. Frustrating when youre just trying to get a simple answer

The case feels solid and does not seem cheap at all. I have been happy with the materials, though it did pick up a few small scuffs sooner than I expected.

Am I the only one who gets annoyed when the delivery estimate looks clear at checkout, but then everything just goes quiet? I ordered a case from Phone Rebel and the timing was all over the place after that.

I kept having to check the tracking myself because there were barely any updates, and it didn’t really seem to move for days. I also didn’t get a clear email explaining what was happening, so it just felt like I was waiting around and guessing.

It did eventually show up, but much later than I expected. The product itself might be fine, but if I needed something by a certain date, I wouldn’t order from there again.

I’ve dropped it a few times and it mostly did its job, so that’s good. But the corners still ended up cracking, which was kind of disappointing 😬 Overall, it’s fine, just not totally crack-proof

The tracking for my order barely changed for days, so I was kind of left reading between the lines and guessing where my case actually was. It would’ve been nice to get clearer updates along the way.

I bought this case assuming it would work like, you know, a normal phone case, but my phone keeps starting and stopping on both of my wireless chargers. The funny thing is, the second I take the case off, it charges perfectly. Support helpfully told me to try another charger, which is great advice if I didn’t already have two that work fine without the case. Annoying considering the price...

I personally found this case way too bulky. It made my phone feel awkward and kind of annoying to hold, so it’s not really my favorite

I dropped my phone once and the corner of the case cracked right away. Frustrating, especially since dealing with replacements or returns always feels like way too many steps for something that shouldn’t have broken so fast.

The edges don’t really add much grip either, which is frustrating. I’m not concerned about updates or anything like that — the main issue is just the feel and handling. I wouldn’t buy it again.

I tried getting help with a warranty issue and, umm, it was just way more frustrating than it should’ve been. Everything felt slow, and I had to keep following up just to get basic answers. By the end, I really didn’t feel like anyone was actually trying to help. I probably wouldn’t buy from them again if having decent warranty support matters to you

I bought this Phone Rebel case hoping it would give my phone solid protection, especially for the price. It felt good in the hand and seemed like it would hold up, but after one normal drop, the corner popped off and my screen ended up cracking. That was really disappointing. I guess it reminded me that a case can look and feel premium, but what matters most is how it handles the one moment you actually need it. For me, it just didn’t deliver, and I wouldn’t buy it again.

I’m disappointed with this case. The wording made it seem like it would fit perfectly, but that’s not what I got. It feels slightly off, and the cutouts don’t line up cleanly, especially around the charging port and the buttons. It’s not unusable, but it definitely makes the phone more annoying to use than it should be. For the price, I expected a much better fit. I wouldn’t buy it again.

I was sure this would start yellowing after a while, but months later it’s still looking clear. I’m actually really happy with it so far, and at this point I’m basically waiting for an apology from my own skepticism

The screen protector went on fine and the camera cover actually feels sturdy, so I was happy with it at first. But then the edges started lifting after a few days, which was kind of frustrating. It’s not terrible or anything, and I guess it still does the job, but I expected it to hold up a little better.

I’m disappointed with this case. I’ve only had it for a little while and it’s already covered in scratches just from normal everyday use, haha. For the price, I really expected it to hold up better. I don’t think I’d buy it again.
